The Copyright Board informs that a Public Hearing is to be held on the 15th September 2009
from 09h00 – 11h00 in Hall 21 of the Law Courts which, if necessary, may continue on the 16th
September at the same time and in the same location on the issue of the Collecting Society’s
new Tariffs as published in the Government Gazette of the 11th June, and which may be viewed
by clicking here.
The Copyright Board has summoned the following representatives to make their relative
submissions during this Hearing:
